The one thing I want in a coffee maker is that it makes good coffee. This one does. I have used it daily for several months now.I vastly prefer a cone-shaped filter to a flat-bottomed one because it gives better extraction. The primary reasons I chose this one were the shape of the filter and the four-cup size.I'm sure that some folks will say it feels flimsy -- but I consider that minor. I've had coffee from much more expensive machines, and I agree with Cook's Illustrated -- most drip coffee makers will turn expensive grinds into indifferent coffee, especially if you make less than a full pot. I vote for this one.

No problems with coffee maker, I was looking for something small to fit in our camper and this one fit the bill. Worked as it should.

This coffee maker does the job but there are two things I was not happy with. First of all, the product pictured here is supposedly no longer available, after talking to the dealer. The model pictured here looks space age and super-sleek; what arrived was an older model which is NOT all white(has a black handle and black top) and not as modern-looking as this one. That was my first disappointment. The second one is the black coffee cup; I don't know why on earth they could not build it in such a way that once you put the basket it, in stays in place. Previous models have offered that; why not this one? Baffling. It does the job but was not what the picture offered and has some minor flaws, imho.
